Subject	am i wrong in saying the Z is a poor autox car?

Message	a friend of mine is egging me to go, he has an rx8 and his buddy has an r32. my take on it is that the Z is more suited to a road course, that the low speed turn after turn autox is more suited for small, light, low end torque type of cars like miatas and s2000s. i know that some ppl on this forum do both autox and road course, what do u guys think? is it fun or just a waste of gas/tires/brakes?
